District Attorney’s Office, Alapaha Judicial Circuit

The DA’s office prosecutes all felony and misdemeanor offenses in the Superior Courts of the Alapaha Judicial Circuit, which is composed of Atkinson, Berrien, Clinch, Cook and Lanier Counties. The main and juvenile offices are located in Nashville, Berrien County, Georgia, with satellite offices in the other four counties of the circuit.
