On January 2, 2007 a Ground Breaking Ceremony was held for the new Berrien County Courthouse Annex / Administration Building. Funding will be provided by the voter passed 2006-2001 SPLOST Referendum. Construction on the two-story, 45,922 square foot building was begun in February with an anticipated completion date of Feb 26, 2008.
